Their service was the best. Rom was extremely professional. He did not waste a single minute during the installation. Rom came at 8am sharm and got the main panel upgraded the same day with pge disconnect and connect. After 5pm he spent a good 45 minutes in cleaning the job site. Not a single spek of dust left behind. Extremely honest and quick tech. I highly recommend this company and if you hire request for Rom.

My work colleagues recommended Fuse. However, I still wanted to get three estimates from three contractors. Roby, the Fuse inspector, was thorough and professional and provided me with all the information and answers. I also felt good about the Fuse estimate compared to the other two. Installers—Martin and Tim installed the Multi-Split AC locations at two opposite ends of the home. They were able to problem-solve all the electric wires, attic piping, and all the little logistical things in between. I watched them install as they were skilled, efficient, thorough, and, best of all, clean with their workmanship throughout the entire installation. They worked hard in the sun to finish the job as promised within the allotted time. I was impressed with the entire process from beginning to end. I am happy I went with Fuse for my home AC installation. I also have a comfier home now. I highly recommend Fuse!

Fuse was very professional and process oriented. Coordinator scheduled a video call to discuss the work and provided a cost estimate. After signing contract, they scheduled time for the work. Ron, my technician arrived 30 mins earlier than scheduled time and installed 40 amp EV charger from the main panel. His work was very clean and made sure that everything is as per electrical codes. Communication throughout the process was very good, great work quality and customer experience. Would highly recommend Fuse.

We just had our old gas furnace replaced with a new HVAC Heat Pump by FUSE Service. Installers Gary and Dean were very professional, efficient and friendly. It was a big job because they first had to install new duct work. We are now enjoying the comfort that the new heat pump system provides. FUSE is definitely a company we recommend!

Maximo was great. Very efficient and communicative. This company was great all around. Easy to work with, on top of things and responded to my many inquiries almost immediately. They also were the most reasonably priced estimate we received and didn’t cut any corners when coming out to provide our in person quote. Would highly recommend them to anyone needing HVAC repairs.
